Hello! Just wondering, I'm studying at UofC rn and am transferring to UofA in the fall. Because I am in Alberta do I have to do anything when it comes to submitting my final transcript? I know it says I don't on the website but some ppl have gotten their offers revoked and then had to go about emailing UofA bc of the error so I just want to make it easier and not risk anything by double checking!

Also does anyone know approximately when final offers are sent!

I'm going to be starting nursing in the fall this year (19F) and Ill be coming from Calgary. I basically have zero knowledge and starting from scratch on the house search, so if anyone can give any advice on where to start and things to note!

Some info on me:

Wont have a car so transit will be a must! I'll be relying on lrt for the most part to avoid being late with the bus system, I'm down for a female roommate but obviously if i can't find one I'm okay with a one bedroom/basement suite. Safety is definitely a priority for me as I'll be walking and transiting, and i don't mind a longer transit trip by lrt if it means being safe and saving some money :)

Which areas should i avoid, red flags when renting, where to look, etc. !! Any help is appreciated
