Problems sending with Relay?
I sent a package to a customer last week. Stupidly I didn't film the packing/take pictures but it was an order for £1.50 so don't usually bother if it's a small amount. Sent via Relay.
The seller has received the wrong item. In the issue they raised it shows the package with the label and the label has my tracking info on but the bag is completely different. Bag I sent in was a dark green John Lewis bag but they received a white bag with a thank you sticker on it.
Obviously there's not much I can do to dispute as I didn't film/take photos of packing but it looks like Relay have somehow mixed up the tracking details or something because I don't understand how the tracking details for my item have ended up on that bag. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this issue before?
