Genesis is axiomatic mathematical-logical framework whose derived structures admit isomorphism to empirically validated physics. Foundation is Cartesian greatest fixed point assertion - at least one experience occurs - formulated without presupposing spacetime manifold, Hilbert space, or external ontology of any kind. In contrast to Everett-style branching, framework implies extreme sparsity of admissible continuations relative to syntactic generation. Emphasis is on experimental validation as primary criterion of structural admissibility. Two downstream chains branch from this closure: the standing-wave spectrum of the derived spectral operator, together with the Berry coupling ξ ≈ 6π2 + 8π/15, reproduces six mass ratios (mμ/me, mτ /me, mτ /mμ, mp/me, mn/me, mn/mp). "Observer" is not agent, being, or form of consciousness. It is abstract concept: timeless, agentless, non-volitional, non-procedural - pure relational structure. Framework does not reject realism and does not reject other Observers. It is agnostic on both, making no assumptions either way. Sole axiomatic basis is: at least one experience occurs. UP axiom and Observer axioms are decorative. This becomes apparent once UP-uncancelability and Observer-uncancelability are understood.
