I spent years redlining because traditional productivity tools are built for a world I don't live in. They demand a 'Performance Tax' I can no longer afford to pay. 😔

So I built the Quiet Building OS. It is a cognitive prosthetic for the AuDHD.
Low friction, zero noise, high status. It’s built on the principle of 'engineering silence.'

I’m finally at the stage where I need 5 other Architects to step inside and tell me where the walls are weak. I’m opening a limited beta pilot this week. 🛩️.

If you are tired of the 'Gloss and Marble' systems and want to test a sanctuary that actually works with your nervous system, comment 'SIGNAL' below, and I’ll send you the details. 🚥

But before I go just one question for you 🫵🏾:

What is the one app or 'system' that currently feels like a massive tax on your brain? For a while mine was all of social media.

The 'Exit Strategy'

I just hit a massive RSD spiral because someone I care about turned out to be a source of toxicity instead of support. It’s a harsh reminder that the 'Performance Tax' we pay as neurodivergent people isn't just about work—it’s about people.

I’m currently building this AI-driven system for ND creators, and I just realized that the most critical part of the architecture isn't the logic—it’s the boundaries. You can’t build a sanctuary if the people closest to you are constantly trying to demolish the walls. I’m choosing sovereignty today. I’m cutting the noise so I can focus on the signal.

Has anyone else here had to realize that their 'unexplained' burnout was actually just the performance tax of a toxic relationship? How did you handle the RSD when you finally decided to lock the threshold?
