I recently did 4 900 spins and got nothing from the bruno pack

I really wanted dembele or bruno, but got nothing even after 40 spins

So, I was thinking to buy 2000 coins, spin for it, hope to get an epic and then cancel that transaction to get money back and stay at -2000 coins

I wanted to ask how do people do this, does it work in India and are there any negative effects of having a negative Coin Balance like can my acc get deleted or something
