In 3 days, it'll make 2 weeks of me having coprolalia tic attacks DAILY. Idk how to deal with this. Even my CBIT therpaist doesn't know what to do with me. Any advice or suggestions?

My mom constantly thinks im faking my coprolalia tics. She also assumes that my copropraxia and whistling tics are fake. I try to explain that these are actual tics I have but she just doesn't listen. How do I explain that they are real and legitimate tics?

I just ordered a lanyard from Hidden Disabilities Sunflower but i don't know if i'll actually wear it. Online i've seen people calling them anti-mask lanyards and people with the lanyards getting judged at in public. Does anyone here have advice or the lanyard itself?
