I'm too lazy to ask each person's email address and send it to them one by one. I just want to take screenshots and message them. Does this work or do they only accept original link/printed paper?

as the title says, I'm coming back in August to pursue my phd here at UT. In that case, my school email and office 365 access won't be affected, right?
