Anyone here na may experience na after i notify ng mobilecare na ready na for pick up yung phone sabay sasabihing nagkaproblema sa hardware?
For context : 4 days ago pinagawa ko yung IP11 ko (sparephone) kasi nag bloat na ang battery at 52%.
I paid the dianostic fee na 1800 plus yung battery replacement na 3910. So upon diagnostic test they found out na, may problem na battery tapos hindi na din daw nagana speaker tapos may kaunting problem sa screen and camera. then they quoted mo around 37K for all the replacement. I opted for the battery repalcement na lang, kasi tingin ko din pwede naman daw bat replacement. sabi ko yung screen , hindi naman kasi ganun ka visible as in hindi mapapansin kung hindi mo titigan yung phone, touchscreen has no problem din although may mga minor scratches ,kc it’s an old phone, but okay lang naman kahit hindi na ireplace, tapos nag start lang yung problem sa face Id , front cam nung nag bloat battery but other than the power is working and nag charge pa nga yung phone. Kaya sabi ko, I just need the battery for replacement. pumayag naman sila tapos sabi nila oorderin pa daw battery kasi wala daw available so need ko mag wait. So I agreed, after paying the diagnostic fee of 1800. They sent me the quotation for all the repair which cost at 37K, since I only opted for the battery , I only paid 3,910. After 3 days, got an email that the unit is ready for pick up. So I went to the store , to pick up the unit. After waiting for a few minutes, I was told na hindi nila pwede irelease yung phone kasi nagka problem daw. sabi ko what problem? I received an email that the unit is ready for pick up. so sabi ko okay mag email na lang ako. I went back to ofc and emailed them for documentation that I went to the store but I was told it was not ready. I received another call in the afternoon from the technician informing me na hindi daw nag on yung phone and may problem daw sa power or sa hardware. Sabi ko pano ngyari yun? and explained that my unit was received na gumagana naman nag charge pa nga. wala din naman issue sa power , and it was not mentioned during the diagnostic test, its not even the list. (yung phone ko never pa na repair at ito yung first time na pinarepair ko kasi lumobo na battery)
Tapos sabi nila iescalate na lang daw possible daw hardware issue. pano naging hardware issue kung battery lang ang pinagawa ko (maybe you can help me to know, how complicated it is to change an Ip11 battery?)
Now I am thinking maybe some1 here has the same experience. I’m expecting na maayos ang mobile care when it comes to repairs kasi ang mahal ng fees nila. What will happen after they escalate? I am really worried na hindi maayos ang phone , gumastos lang ako ng mahigit 5K, malaki na to para sa akin para tuluyang masira yung phone.
