Hi everyone Imm currently looking for a 2BHK as I’m getting married in a few months! I’ve been dealing with a few brokers but the brokerage fees in this city are eye-watering. I’m trying my luck here to see if I can find something direct from an owner or a tenant moving out.

• Preferred Areas: Andheri (West/East).
• Configuration: 2BHK (Looking for a clean, well-maintained society).
• Budget: Max ₹70k–80k per month.
• Move-in Date: June or July 2026.
