What to do with these and what are they called?

So my boss told me about some wild garlic growing against the fence, so I went out and just wanted to know what this specific part is used for and what it’s called?

Itchy Skin Suggestions?

I just took in this 3 year old guy, and his skin is SO itchy I have to almost constantly watch him so he doesn’t rub it raw. I gave him a bath the first day, I didn’t have any medicated shampoo on hand, so I used our shampoo (I work at a boarding/daycare/grooming facility) that has aloe and is soothing, and it definitely seemed to help, I have also been spraying him 2-3 times a day with Vetericyn, and applying Sulfodene 3-Way Ointment to his worst areas at night and he definitely has been itching less, but I want to know if anyone has any tips with their own blue/merle dogs with bad skin. I always advocate against breeding these colors for this very reason, but it’s not the dogs fault they’re here, and I want to do everything I can to help him have some relief!

His problem areas are specifically his groin and inner legs, underarms, and around his chin/mouth, that’s where he’s fixated on scratching/rubbing the most.

My other Frenchie is a well bred 6 year old Brindle Pied who has never had a vet visit outside of routine checkups and vaccines, so I’m stepping into having a BYB Merle dog with bad skin😅

*also he does have a vet visit on Tuesday, this is my fourth day having him and I just wanted to see everyone else’s tips and suggestions :)
