Last month I applied to 8 apartments and kept running into the same problem: emailing sensitive documents like my driver's license, pay stubs, and credit report over and over again to different agents, most of whom never even replied.
It made me realize how messy and outdated the rental application process still is, so I’ve started working on something to improve it, but before going further, I want to make sure I’m solving a real problem and not making assumptions.
I put together a short 2-minute survey (7 questions) about the rental application experience.
