Hi! Need help po regarding the process of renewing MOAs with companies. I already asked almost everyone and did my own research here, but I’m still confused since kausap ko na rin po yung HR ng company.

Our professors sent us a list of companies where we can apply, and they were strict about applying only to those with existing MOAs. However, I really want this company because maganda po yung benefits nila. Since kasama naman siya sa list na binigay nila, gusto ko sana ituloy.

I already emailed the MOA to the company, and now they’re asking if sila po ba muna ang pipirma. Based on what I’ve read here, kailangan nga raw po company muna ang mag-sign.

I really need urgent help po on what the next step should be after this.
