I'm really not sure where to start in the gym. I've heard good things about Push Pull Legs, but is that where you would start if you were pretty much at zero?
Yes, I'm the one that posted about the broken arm, I'm just being proactive and thinking about what my plan should be when I'm given the all clear.
What would you recommend as a beginner lifting routine? What about when I prefer to do stuff at home? I'm a busy working mom so don't want to spend more then 30-40 minutes (plus lifting is boring to me lol). Currently I'm walking and trying to get some body weight squats in but I probably could do better. Thanks!
