So this is a HUGE longshot, I have no pictures and only vague descriptions, but I need to see if anyone can help me.
My fiancée had a handful of dolls when she was little. She loved them more than anything, and recently found out her parents threw them away (along with other cherished, irreplaceable childhood possessions) without informing her. She was devastated, and I am doing my best to replace the dolls if nothing else. I've figured out that two were from Franklin Mint lines, but this third one is a mystery. Really hope anyone can point me in the right direction here!
The details:
- From a birthstone line of dolls, had an amethyst necklace
- Soft body, porcelain head and hands (presumably feet too?)
- Orange hair, she thinks it was curly
- Wears a dress
Like I said, I realize this is an EXTREME longshot, but I would do anything for her so I have to try. Google image searches have failed me - fingers crossed someone here knows better!
