Hello, I have a 2022 Nissan Rogue Platinum AWD with 50,975 miles on it now. I bought it brand new with 5 miles on it. This is what I have been dealing with recently. I took my car into the dealership because when I get in my car start it up and put it in reverse it shutters and then dies. This has happened 6 times now. Once sitting at a light going forward I go to take off and it shuts off and puts itself in neutral. No dash lights come on like a code or anything. I have to start it back up and go. The dealership tried to tell me I needed a new transmission mount bushing that it was cracked and leaking. They said the rough shuddering will cut the car off. They said it could also be the battery. I had to pay to have the battery replaced and the transmission mount bushing. Since then it has shut off 3 times. The dealership I guess does not believe me. They said I need to mount a camera where the camera can see the dash and the front of the car and get it on video then they can show corporate and go from there. I am now at 55,000 miles and scared to drive it because I do not want to get to 60,000 miles. Does anyone else have this trouble?
Also my larger coolant reservoir for the turbo is constantly empty? The dealership filled it up March 2026 and I just noticed it’s emptied again. I just had to pay for a new IPDM because my ac quit working. Which it had a recall on it not even a year ago and the dealership was trying to charge me $1,600 for that. I contacted Nissan Consumer affairs and only had to pay 20% I am so upset. Sick of my car dying. It’s totally unacceptable. Having a really new car and I take very good care of it and service it as I am supposed to. Anyone else having these troubles?
