VGA Light Stuck (won’t pass POST)

For context I have an ASUS motherboard, Intel i5, Nvidia RTX 3050, can give other info if needed

A week or two ago I cleaned my room and in the process I removed all of the cables out of my PC. After which, when I hooked everything back up the VGA light will not pass no matter what I try. I’ve tried reseating and cleaning my ram and GPU, I’ve checked that the PCLe cord is plugged both into my GPU and power supply firmly and in the correct port. I’ve reset my BIOS settings via removing the CMOS battery, and even replacing the battery all together because i believed it was the issue. I have switched my GPU from the silver PCLe port on my motherboard into the black one beneath it, in which it did not work. There is probably more that I have done but haven’t listed, this was just on the top of my head. I’ve done literally everything I know how to do with very limited computer knowledge, further I’ve also tried a couple videos where they just like turned it off and on a couple times while disconnected from the display cables( did not work). I haven’t even been able to get anything on my monitor since I have started. If anyone has a solution that would be great, thank you for your time.
