I've got a hearing in a few weeks and was supposed to have JM next week. Suddenly, respondent's solicitor withdrew representation. Until now, they've requested an extension to get documents together, missed the deadline for exchange (I sent mine), and were totally unresponsive to anything I sent. Any idea what's to happen next? What this might mean? How quickly might the ET move to try and get their side back on track?
