Pink screen of death installing 26.04
Oops! Trying to install 26.04 on an oldish Dell server crashes. However 24.04 installed fine.
Edit: Thanks for all the suggestions! This is a Dell R610, dual-cpu, 48 GB RAM. Oldish but still capable as a test server.
I am trying the desktop image just to get ZFS root right out of the installer.
Next, I will try upgrading from 24.04 to 26.04.
I will also try the server image, adding zfs root manually.
If all fails, I will keep it at 24.04!
PS. The ascii penguin is kind of cute! 😁
