I’m trying to get a clearer picture of what people with chronic illness are dealing with here (things like diagnosis delays, access to care, dismissal, etc.).
I put together a short anonymous survey (about 3-5 minutes) to collect some real data. The goal is to eventually bring this forward to MLAs so there’s actual evidence behind what people are experiencing.
It’s completely anonymous and you can skip anything you’re not comfortable answering.
