in my orthodontists notes he mentioned this:

Mild Upper and moderate lower anterior crowding
4mm Overjet
90% Overbite
Moderate curve of Spee
Class II molar and canine relationship
Accentuated curve of Wilson (lower molars lingually inclined)
Proclined lower incisors
Lower midline deviated to the left 2mm
Maxillary cant (right side down)
Maxillary dental asymmetry (UL or quadrant 2 has mesialised)
Impacted 3rd molars

i heard that having a cant can cause worse aysemtry and can cause the eyes to even start being asymmetrical. my eyes are already very asymmetrical and i’m not sure what to do because my ortho has included marpe as treatment options.
