ok so ts company is pmo alot lately, so the story starts when we have an airtel wifi plan but it isnt having the speed as mentioned in the plan which was of 100mbps but we were only getting 5-10mbps download and around 25-30 upload which is absolutely terrible so we decided to call an airtel worker he used to visit everyday in our society so we called him he asked us to deactivate this plan and return the modem and then get a new connection, the problem we had was that we cannot get the plan on another phone number due to reimbursement issues so when the took the modem it took the 15 days to remove it from their system that too after multiple calls and some visits to the airtel office did they remove it completely then after removing they still took 5 more days to install the new wifi in those 20 days due to prepaid sims we had to buy that ₹50 pack for unlimited data everyday on every phone due to 20gb cap and we all have work more or less around 10-15gb, now yesterday they called finally and said that your connection wont be installed for the next 3 months and your money will be refunded then we were extremely angry so we did call the manager from the airtel store who backed us by saying that itll be installed by the next day then the next day 2 reps from airtel came and raised a req for our connection and took 1500 (they were legit) then after 2 more days did the installation guy came and he has now installed it but what we had opted for was the 999 plan but what they have given us is the 499 plan which gives 40mbps saying that you can upgrade later and till then youll get consistent 40mbps but now the speeds are even worse dropping down to even 0.47 mbps like what the heck is wrong with airtel, like what do they even do atp are they even a network provider or just an online begging scheme ISTG IF THE AIRTEL TEAM / (just a single underpaid worker) DOESNT FIX THIS ISSUE IN THE NEXT 2 DAYS ILL TAKE THIS TO CONSUMER COURT..
