I changed my laptop's thermal paste and now the laptop is not turning on. After reconnecting the heat sink pipe I checked if it turned on and it did but with 0 battery. After screwing in the back panel, it doesn't turn on, no notification lights even while it is connected to the charger.

I have reconnected the battery and fan cables, reseated the SSD but no results
