Lived in apartments my whole life, I don’t think leaving notes actually help but I’ve put this off for over a month, I can’t stand the noises anymore. I’ve lived here for 7 years and know what normal living sounds like upstairs. It feels like she is doing disturbing things on purpose so I am using her damage as leverage to start AND end the convo. I’ll leave this note and the picture printed today.

Edit to add - I don’t want to file a complaint yet because I am also a smoker and it is cause for eviction.
