Saw a coming soon sign at Central and Girard for The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Did some digging into ownership and it looks like a franchise out of California. The franchisee for NM looks to be Kat Williams. Little quick dive into her social media's and she is also a state farm agent who is a big Trump supporter.
