Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
• Provide accurate info about travel packages and destinations
• Follow up with leads and support sales
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns
• Monitor trends and suggest new ideas
• Track performance and report on engagement, leads, and conversions

Requirements:
• Experience in social media/community management (travel preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Arabic and French required; English is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and visa processes
• Ability to create visual/video content (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
• Organized, proactive, and creative
