Hello everyone,

For the past couple of weeks me and my friend have been looking for an apartment. We found a listing on craigslist. We toured the apartment, filled an application on the spot and sent it to this email the property manager provided us, I was scammed in the past when I was younger and naive. This time I made sure to tour the apartment not once but twice along with my friend and it exists and it’s the same as in the pictures. I just have my doubts about this email that’s “SFhousing@“. Should I proceed in the process or do you guys think it’s a scam?

I’m just really nervous about renting any place after getting scammed in the past. Thanks
