What if instead of realtors replying to every message manually, there was something that handled the initial conversations for you?
Not talking about those obvious bot replies that people instantly ignore. I mean something that actually chats like a normal person, answers basic questions, asks a few follow-ups, and figures out how serious the buyer/seller actually is.
Idea is simple:
- Someone messages you on website / WhatsApp / email
- This system handles the back-and-forth (availability, budget, timeline, etc.)
- It quietly collects info during the conversation
- Then on the backend it classifies the person (just browsing / semi-serious / ready to move)
- If they’re a real lead, it gives them a score + summary before you even talk to them
So instead of spending time on 20 low-intent conversations, you only jump in when it actually matters.
I’m trying to understand if this is actually useful in real life or just sounds good on paper.
For those in real estate:
- How much time do you spend on low-quality inquiries?
- Do you already use any tools for filtering leads?
- Would you trust something like this to handle first conversations?
- What would make you NOT use it?
Be honest — even if this sounds like a bad idea, I’d rather know early.
