26M, 5 years employed. Where do I go from here?
I am currently 26. My annual salary is 110K
My full networth is just over 300K
I have been working with the same employer for the last 5 years, promoting my way into management. My current job is incredibly demanding in the sense of work/life balance but not necessarily hard in the body.
My long term goal is to start or purchase my own business for the sake of freedom and financial goals to be half retired come my 40s, but I am unsure of where to look or how to know when I am ready. The company I am with is a very fast growing and industry leader of its space, so another option is to continue grinding and growing there. I am looking for any and all advice/feedback.
