How to transfer N64 Label to new cartridge

I got a damaged Majora's Mask cartridge, the circuit board itself is in perfect condition and runs fine on real hardware, and the stickers are in good condition too, but damage to the screw posts and sides of the cartridge prevent the cart from closing so I put the board into a new cart i found on etsy (I think it looks cool)

How would I go about safely transferring the original front and back labels which are in good condition to the new cartridge? I know buying new labels is an option but I'd rather not if I don't have to.

I noticed as I was playing GTA 3 that I haven't been seeing any foggy weather so I tested the PEASOUP cheat and noticed that there was technically fog but I could still see pretty far away (the culprit was project 2dfx, so I uninstalled it) but I made the mistake of saving after using the cheat before uninstalling 2dfx (or moreso I didn't wanna redo the missions I'd already done)

I've tried reentering the cheat as well as doing ILOVESCOTLAND and SKINCANCERFORME to reset the weather cycle but the weather still won't cycle normally, I've also tried reloading a save but weather just won't cycle. I'm considering starting a new game and editing the save data back to where I am currently if I can't find another solution.
