I have been obsessed with one specific problem for about a year now. The Indian men's grooming market is genuinely broken. Not in a startup-pitch way. In a real, daily frustration way. And I think there is a brand to be built here that does not exist yet.
I am not looking for a cheerleader or someone who thinks the idea is cool. I want someone who will poke holes in everything, knows what actually goes into a consumer product, and cares more about getting it right than moving fast.
My side of the table: I understand marketing, brand positioning, and I have spent years building the kind of network that can actually launch something with real noise. Execution does not scare me.
Your side: You understand the product. Formulation, ingredients, what Indian skin actually needs, or deep experience in FMCG or D2C consumer brands. Jaipur base is a plus but genuinely not required.
I am not posting a deck. If the problem resonates with you, that is the first filter.

Looking for someone who understands formulation, cosmetic science, or has deep consumer insight in the skincare or FMCG space. You do not need to be a chemist but you should know what makes a product actually work for Indian skin.
Based in Jaipur but that is not a hard requirement for the right person.
