I bought a pair of the echo waves yesterday that were one size smaller than my normal fit. My foot fit in them okay, and so I purchased them

I walked around in them, and about the second hour, I felt a blister for on my foot from the side walls.

Went to go take them back today, for a refund or exchange, and was denied by the croc store as I worn them and they stated they couldn’t resell them, and corporate states they really only deal with damage or defects.

How can I go about correcting this sizing issue
