Hey there! Second time mom here - 5 months PP. I decided to exclusively pump about 3 months ago. Started with a low supply (2-3 oz per day) and now I’m pumping about 15-18 oz but my baby drinks about 20-22 oz. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this before and if they were able to pump enough/continue growing their supply. Currently I am supplementing with formula. I did notice a drop after my period. I’m drinking my water, eating oatmeal and pumping every 3-4 hours. I try to do one pump in the middle of the night. Any recommendations or experiences will be greatly appreciated!
