





I started at 300lbs flat. I’m around 5 months in, almost 60lbs down. I weight train 5x a week along with cardio. I was skeptical at first to even start anything (i think i was just scared). But once i hit 300 i KNEWWW i had to do something. Although the peps DO make a huge contribution, it’s also changed my mental status on how i view food and even exercise. I genuinely enjoy going to the gym, im able to view food and fuel and not “fun” now, and (well) i think i look great 😂 even my face has changed sooo much. god send. I’m not anywhere i want to be but the progress alone has me implementing healthier habits into my everyday life for long term standing <3 that’s all. The one thing that does concern is me the fact that I KNOW i will have to have a tummy tuck of the sort, but I’ll face that when it comes. Sorry for the long rant lma
