How to lose weight mga co-mommies?
2 years ago na since nanganak ako and cs rin. Simula nanganak ako from my pre-pregnancy weight na 77kg tumaas sya nung nabuntis ako up to 95kg and after ko ulit manganak is bumalik ulit sa 77kg.
Nag-implant ako for 1year & 6month and pinatanggal ko na tapos nagpalit ako ng injectable.
No menstruation for 2 years na ☹️
Currently 105kg, 5'7 height.
Any tips po on how to lose weight?
