28M 5.9 been overweight all my life

Current weight 167lb

2024 started on ozempic 260lb as pre diabetic (family members have diabetes) switched to mounjaro in early 2025 and started going to gym and boxing classes on August same year. Since gym+boxing lost 40 pounds but still have stubborn belly fat and skin on my waist area even with high protein diet. Lost some hairs too due to weight loss. Since this February added runs to my workouts, now it is 4 times per week gym/boxing/hiit, 2 times per week running on zone 2

Question:

Been researching on peptides to stack with mounjaro to get more muscles and loose belly fat+improve skin and hair

I would appreciate advice/experiences on them.

My initial thoughts were about tesamorelin and ghk cu.
