So we finally got our case transferred to the NVC (previous attorney had made a mistake in filing and caused us a nightmare to where we had to additionally file a i-824)

Payments were made and now we are working on the online platform- but we are finding it impossible to fill out as the site keeps crashing and we keep losing everything we have entered into the form DS260.

We've tried switching browsers- we've tried incognito mode- it keeps crashing out on as. Has anybody figured out what the magical combination of conditions are necessary to get this done?
