I’ve been talking to local business owners (cafes, salons, etc.) about customer reviews, and I’m trying to understand real behavior.

As a customer:

• What stops you from leaving reviews after visiting a place?
• Would you scan a QR and leave a quick review if it takes ~10 seconds?
• Does OTP verification feel annoying, or acceptable?

As a business owner:

• Do you prefer fewer verified reviews or more reviews with clear trust labels?
