

30 day progress….recomp is slow :/

5 ft starting weight 106.8
Now 105.6
I decided to do recomp and lose some fat while gaining muscle but the progress is so slow. I know 30 days isn’t long, but I was hoping to see something…anything…from the front my shorts are pulled down more on my upper thighs so maybe it looks smaller.
Solidly tracking meticulously for 30 days. Up to my protein to over 100 g and hit that goal 26 out of 30 days. Calorie range 1200-1300. And I weigh eeeeeverything.
Started lifting heavy three days a week and I walk every day. My step count averages 15,000 steps a day- with my highest step count around 20k some days…
Its hard for me to eat more calories because of my high fiber and high protein. I really do
Struggle to eat that much food…
I’m also a mom of 6 kids, 4 of which are biologically mine. So it’s easy to get my steps in because I never get a chance to sit down.
I don’t know if anyone else can see a difference but posting on the sub because I’m really trying to get some motivation. I really need some push that if I keep doing this, I’ll eventually see results 🫶 😭
