I’m looking for muffin pans. I don’t want non stick or silicone. I would guess (but haven’t looked into it) that muffin liners have silicone, similar to parchment paper. Has anyone found good stainless steel or carbon steel muffin pans? I have read that cast iron is difficult for muffins due to the need to preheat, and muffins are a quick bread batter.
