Bought a week or two ago, thrived until two days ago. It is at a northwest facing window, no direct sun or very very little. It’s in the same soil that it was bought in.Some branches started getting soft and floppy while there’s a few that are strong and seem healthy. I have been watering it whenever it’s dry, and the roots on the bottom seem ok… I’m at a loss. Please help me figure out what’s wrong and how to fix it 🙏
