Hey all, here to share something that’s helped In my recovery immensely.
I’m sure it’s not uncommon knowledge at this point, but get as busy as you can. Add a hobby. Start going to the gym. Learn a new skill.
Downtime was my biggest trigger. Coupled with undiagnosed ADHD (at the time), I spiraled. My brain craved any sort of dopamine.
My recovery hasn’t been perfect by any means. I started the process less than a year ago after losing everything..but slow progress is better than no progress.
Just some hopium for your feed. Love you all 🫡
