Hello, I just need others thoughts. My dog (Shih Tzu, just turned 7yrs old, 8kg) went for checkup today and is suspected to have pyometra. The vet recommends bloodwork and medication for now, followed by surgery next week. My worry is that will she survive the surgery??? I know she's a bit older and overweight, but she is still very active, masigla, malakas kumain. Pre-detection pyometra palang daw, and she will be spayed sa side not under the belly kasi nga chubby si dog, I just wanna make sure she'll survive the surgery huhu
