So I was looking up good series for my kids (7,5, 4 and 2) with monster hunting for kids after they devoured the Hilo series (my favorite ) Claudette series, Captain underpants and cat kid comic club.
I was recommended Hilda and I usually read some with the kids in the library app to make sure they’ll like it but strangely I can’t find any Hilda on my apps.
The additional confusion from the books having different version whether they’re the original or the Netflix tie ins.
I also know there’s some language (Damn I think) is that only in the original or also in the Netflix ?
How scary are these books I take it she’s not decapitating these monsters like a Witcher but I’m not sure what all she’s doing with them.
So basically for young kids would you go with the og books or the tie ins given my kids are kind of scare easily
