Hello! I found this in my apartment building hallway. Just trying to figure out if I need to contact my landlord or if I’m freaking out for no reason.

Hello! My senior spayed kitty appears to be dealing with some extreme ear itching! I checked for mites or excessive dirt and saw nothing. What can I do to help her? Is this cause for a vet visit? I’m located in the us.
