Frame Rust/Is this a Fair Price

Posting again but with pictures (new to Reddit). How much frame rust is too much on a gen 1? Also is this a fair asking price. It’s a 2004 Tacoma 3RZ 4x4 manual with 115,000 miles. Posted for $18,500. Rust looks minimal but these are the musings of a novice. New to the old car game. Thanks!

How much frame rust is too much on a gen 1? Also is this a fair asking price. It’s a 2004 Tacoma 3RZ 4x4 manual with 115,000 miles. Posted for $18,500. Rust looks minimal but these are the musings of a novice. New to the old car game. Thanks!
