How do you all cook 73/27 Ground beef?
Hey folks! I was looking to get some tips on some ways to cook 73/27 ground beef.
Ground beef is pretty much my staple, along with eggs, bacon/sausage, butter.
73/27 has more fat content, which is great and has a bit of a different taste (i think because of the higher fat content).
That said, I usually just cook ground beef in my cast iron skillet with salt, pepper and every once in awhile I will put some chorizo in it for extra flavor and fat.
For whatever reason, i can get 73/27 much easier in my area that 80/20 so I figured, I should start exploring how to cook 73/27, recipe tips etc.
Open to suggestions and recommendations. Always looking to learn.
Thank you for the help!
