Hi everyone,

I recently launched my app, aiso glp tracker, about 20 days ago, and I’m trying to understand where I might be going wrong.

The app is a tracker for people using GLP-1 medications. The goal is to help users keep track of things like their medication schedule, weight progress, symptoms/side effects, and overall treatment journey in a simple way.

Here are my current App Store Connect numbers:

  • Impressions: 4.58K
  • Product page views: 137
  • First-time downloads: 16
  • Redownloads: 2
  • Conversion rate: 0.5%
  • App updates: 15

The impression number doesn’t look terrible to me for a new app, but the download numbers are very low. I’m trying to figure out whether the issue is my app icon, screenshots, App Store listing, keywords, pricing, positioning, or maybe the app idea itself.

I’d really appreciate honest feedback from people who have experience with app launches, ASO, or health/fitness apps.

What would you check first in this situation?

Thanks in advance.
