Remote work in Civil?

Are there companies in the US that allow Civil Engineers or EITs to be 100% or 50% WFH? I’m on teams calls most of the day at work but my company seems to frown upon WFH unless needed sporadically. I know right now I’m at a point in my career where being in office can be beneficial, but I work in person with nobody. Everything I do is over teams. Looking for companies to look into or if this is an extreme take? I feel like I’m not finding anything locally but also not sure how to approach this as a new grad.

Hi! Looking for nail salon recommendations in Lafayette that are still affordable but do clean and quality work.

I’ve tried places like Peter’s, World Nails, and usually go to Princess Nails on Johnston because it’s super cheap (hard to beat $30 for dip on natural nails). But lately I’ve been noticing the work can be a little messy around the nail beds, not fully coating the nail in top coat, and it doesn’t always look great right away (sometimes takes a couple days of handwashing for all the extra bits to come off).

I don’t mind paying a bit more if the quality is better and they actually last ~3 weeks.

Any recommendations? Would also love to know what you typically pay and what service you get!
