Does anyone else feel like Tomb Quest is going to be more emotional than we are expecting?
My wife and I listened to the demos and watched the interview videos the other day. I can really see this being not only a funny show, but also being very emotional. Not only with the love story between Kim and Curt, but also the idea that Corey's character Ben has passed. I can totally envision an ending where the gang is conflicted about completing the quest because it means letting Ben go after rediscovering their friendships. The idea of friends coming back together after someone in the group passes has proven to be a powerful core to a story. Then add the idea that the dead character gets to come back to say their goodbyes. It seems like it can harken back to "Twisted" levels of an emotional journey. Anyone else feeling this way?
