Prime grade ribeye, reverse seared.

Homegrown asparagus with cream cheese, pancetta, fig, and spiced honey filled puff pastry.

Parmesan cheese crusted smashed potatoes (pre baked)

I’m willing to admit that the steak went a bit over temp. But it stayed moist and tender.

Making these ribeyes I cut from a whole ribeye roll I got at Costco. I think they’re pretty nice looking.
